Refund policy
Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, in accordance with European Consumer Law.
If your order has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
Unless an item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As required under European Consumer Protection Law, refunds will be issued within 30 days of a valid order cancellation.
Sale Items
Sale items are sold as seen and are non-returnable. However, if a sale item is found to be faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or exchange it for an item of equal value.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Hygiene Restrictions
Due to UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
Undelivered or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned to us due to customer refusal, absence, incorrect shipping details, or failure to claim the parcel, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you via the phone number or email address provided.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty item, please email a photo of the item along with the product code and your invoice number to: sales@flaxbarnjewellery.com
Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund within 7 working days.
